25 years of property experience. Founder of 8G Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm with principal and advisory activities in Europe and Asia
15 years of hospitality experience. Former Chief Business Development Officer of Dedeman Hotels and Resorts with responsibility for new concepts, acquisitions and developments. Bilge is also the former head of Valuation & Advisory of Cushman & Wakefield in Turkey
20 years of property experience, having worked as Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield Turkey, Asset Manager for Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Director for Real Estate Investments for WMG Advisors UK. Didem is also the co-founder of REinnov8, exclusive co-operation partner of Savills in Turkey and a member of RICS on Real Estate Investment & Finance
